The system runs on your own hardware and accounts. You are responsible for having your own Claude Code subscription, a suitable computer, and the accounts you choose to connect. Prerequisites are listed on our website. We do not provide these, and their cost is separate from what you pay us.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and exclusive of any taxes that may apply.
Steadby helps you set up and run a system that drafts and organizes work for you. You remain in control at all times:
The Steadby system, its files, agents, specifications, and setup materials are our intellectual property. On purchase you receive a personal, single-user license to use them for your own purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish them, in whole or in part. We retain all rights not expressly granted.
You keep all rights to your own data and materials. We will keep confidential any non-public information you share with us during an engagement, and you agree to keep confidential the non-public parts of our materials and methods.
The services and materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the system will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any specific outcome. Third-party services the system connects to (including Claude Code and any accounts you link) are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steadby's total liability arising from or related to the services or materials will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits, or business.
We are an independent service provider. Nothing here creates an employment, partnership, agency, or joint-venture relationship between you and Steadby.
